Feeling from the workshop

The paring knife is essential in a kitchen.

It is often associated with the peeling of vegetables, but it is also very useful for degreasing and detailing meats, denervating a liver, gutting or simply mincing, slicing and cutting!

It is an all-purpose knife that will only admit defeat when faced with food that is too big for it!
