Feeling from the workshop

“Santoku”: This Japanese chef’s knife whose name means “three good things” has:
1/ a wide blade, here alveolated, which helps you to cut and chop fish and raw meat;
2/ a curved cutting edge for easy to chiseling;
3/ an ideal blade length for slicing all types of vegetables and fruit.
Three virtues for cooking quickly and well!
