The St Vincent is the sommelier-knife developed in collaboration with the MOF Robert Beillonnet.
Real 12cm pocket knife, it is also an authentic sommelier with its lever-bottle opener and its 5-turn corkscrew.
Available in an all-stainless steel version or with inserts, it comes with its grated leather case in a cork box in the cork'shape.

We recommend wiping the blade by hand with a soft sponge.
Do not leave in prolonged contact with water, a heat source or chemical products.
Avoid strong temperature variations.
Store the knife in its pouch.
Remove any deposits of material that may slip inside the mechanism and affect the operation of the knife.
Sharpen the edge as soon as the knife seems to cut a little less well.
Patron saint of winegrowers, St Vincent is also the name we gave to our wine-opener knife. As useful for harvest snacks as for tastings at wine fairs or evenings between amateurs!
